Sales & Administrative Support Associate

The Sales & Administrative Support Associate assists in sales, marketing, and operations. It is a great entry-level opportunity with room for growth.

Job Description:

  • Sales Support — manage lead intake; work with utilities and customers to gather energy consumption data and determine preliminary system sizes for the sales team; process Customer Satisfaction Surveys
  • Operations Support — compile and deliver owners’ manuals to clients; complete contract intake process for signed contracts
  • Office Management — answer and manage phones calls; check voicemail and email boxes daily; provide front desk reception; manage mail & deliveries, postage, file organization; order office supplies, business cards, and equipment as needed; compile and distribute Daily Activity Reports for the prior day, each day; assist management and owners as requested

Desired Qualifications and Qualities:

  • Outstanding communication and customer relations skills, positive and respectful attitude and upbeat phone presence
  • Expertise in office administration, coordination, and organization
  • Demonstrated ability to perform and manage a variety of support-related tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google, and Adobe Suites
  • Solar or construction experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional, service-oriented environment
  • Willingness and ability to work with grace and calm demeanor while handling multiple projects

Position Details:

  • Approximately 30-40 hours/week during regular business hours
  • Compensation: $20-$25/hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience
  • Benefits: paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave after successful completion of 90-day period
